Limitation of Liability

Cancellation Policy for Transfers & Tours
No Shows will be charged 100%.
Booking cancelled within 48hrs – a Full cancellation fee applies. Cancellation made 48hrs outside of this period in writing will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
Cancellation policies and conditions vary from hotel to hotel and it is your responsibility to familiarize with their respective policies in order to be aware of the various cancellation policies. Cancellation fees are charged and enforced and we pass on any cancellation fees, which are charged, by the hotels for your full payment settlement.
All cancellation requests are to be received via email to email@example.com your cancellation email request MUST be acknowledged by Feejee Traveller via return email. If you do not receive notification that we have received the cancellation, your booking will still be regarded as valid and you will be charged for any cancellation fees that may occur. It is your responsibility to follow up and ensure that Feejee Traveller acknowledges and confirms your booking cancellation request via email. This only applies to Bookings and NOT Quotations.
Rates are valid from now to 31 March 2016.
The default currency displayed is in USD (US DOLLARS).
All rates are INCLUSIVE of Fiji Government Taxes at 25% (9% VAT, 10% STT and 6% Environmental Levy)
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Rates online are correct at time of viewing. However, prices are subject to change at any time as a result of tariff rate changes passed on to us by service provider or changes in taxes passed on to us by the Fiji Government. Should there also be any major currency fluctuations where we have quoted prices in foreign currency or given currency conversions, we reserve the right to change the price. Feejee Traveller will to our best efforts, endeavor to notify you in advance of any changes.
Contract rates are based on F.I.T bookings. Group bookings have separate conditions that need to be advised at time of booking. A group booking is regarded as 10 rooms or more. For Group bookings contact our reservations team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Bookings online can be made for travel 2 days from the current date.
Changes CANNOT be made via the on-line system, as it is booked and paid for with the hotels instantly. Please email us directly at email@example.com for any changes to the guest Itinerary.
Changes to booking itineraries will result in an Amendment fee of 1% of the total Booking Value per change.
Changes are NOT recommended when inside the supplier’s cancellation Policy Period. Suppliers do ENFORCE these penalties; which will then be passed onto you. Please ensure you read the Cancellation Policies per supplier you are booking as policy differs.
Should there be any disruptions to guests that we establish is caused by the hotel operations, Feejee Travellers web Site & App will negotiate an appropriate compensation and refund with the hotel supplier which will then be posted as a credit against your account.
Should there be any disruptions to guests such as inclement weather, natural or man-made disasters that prevent them from reaching the hotel, they will have to pursue any refunds through their travel insurance brokers based on their purchased travel insurance package.
All amendments to the transfer must be done at least 48hrs prior to the actual travel date. Unutilized transfer vouchers cannot be amended after the date of service as this will be considered to be invalid.
All credit card payment transactions will incur a non-refundable fee.
Feejee Traveller Website & App will not be responsible for any loss or damage of luggage even though all reasonable caution will be taken. Feejee Traveller Website & App has full right to change any size vehicle for the transfer booked due their be excessive luggage and this will be charged accordingly.
Responsibility and Liability Clauses
Feejee Traveller Website & App acts only as agents of the passengers in matters relating to accommodation, sightseeing tours and transport, whether by aircraft, road, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising in any case in any matter whatsoever.
The Company’s liability to passengers carried on its own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of the country to which the tours takes place and no other country and claims are subject jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action may arise.
The Company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out or any part of the services agreed and, in the event of the exercise of such rights, the terms of the clause relating to the Company’s liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage and it is, therefore, advisable to effect a separate baggage insurance.
In the event that any claim is made against the Travel Agent or Tour Operator in respect of loss or damage occasioned by the breach of contract, negligence or other fault of Feejee Traveller Website & App, Feejee Traveller, shall be liable to indemnify the Travel Agent or Tour Operator (as the case may be) only if such a claim would have been awarded against the Travel Agent or the Tour Operator (as the case may be) in the country in which the tours takes place if the Travel Agent or the Tour Operator (as the case may be) has submitted to the jurisdiction of the said court.
In respect of any such claim, as mentioned in sub-clause (above) of this clause, Feejee Traveller Website & App shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising other than the liability expressed in this clause.
For the purpose of this clause, Feejee Traveller Website & App shall be deemed to include its servants and agents and shall be deemed to contract on its own behalf and on behalf of each servant and agent.
If the transfers that have been requested on your behalf by your travel agent is based on a “Private Car” You must arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to departure from Fiji.
Additional “Wharf Pass Fee” is required for any pick-up or drop-off at Lautoka port. Approximate cost for Wharf Pass Fee is FJD $30 per vehicle for either pick-up or drop-off and this rate is subject to change without notice. Actual Fee amount will be confirmed at time of reservation.
